Sexual Harassment Stories and Experiences
Many of our members and  visitors have found it helpful to read about other's
experiences, and to share their own stories.  Because of this,  Stories and
Experiences has become one of the busiest areas of the SHS community.    

The stories published here include true experiences of  harassment in the workplace,
in education, and in other settings such as doctors offices, and street harassment.  
Also, there are many stories of stalking.    

The comment function enables visitors to discuss stories they relate to, and makes it
easy for authors to leave updates, and communicate with their readers.

Please note:  the content of these stories can be somewhat "adult" in nature, and
sometimes emotionally difficult to digest.  Read at your own risk.

Over 150 people have published their stories here,  all describing  harassing behavior
or retaliation for complaining about it.  These stories illustrate the wide variety of
behaviors that can comprise sexual harassment or stalking, and the aftermath.

Most are typical, but some are really over-the-top, and show just how sick some
perpetrators are, or how dysfunctional and/or insensitive are some institutions in their
handling of these types of situations.

So, if you are feeling especially tough today, SHS now has  a special category for these
